105 deaths in first month of yatra, half on Kedarnath trail

The ongoing Char Dham yatra has seen 105 pilgrim deaths in the first month. Deaths were due to cardiac issues, hypothermia, and respiratory problems. More pilgrims volunteered for health screening this year, leading to improved awareness and health outcomes.
