HC upholds firing of cop with Bhindranwale ties

Punjab and Haryana HC upheld the dismissal of a Punjab police constable who had contact with terrorists during the peak of terrorism in Punjab. The constable was removed without inquiry in 1984 for having links with Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale.
