Maniktala bypoll: TMC may field former Bengal minister Sadhan Pandey’s widow

Former state minister Sadhan Pandey's widow Supti Pandey is likely to be Trinamool's candidate for the Maniktala bypoll, indicated by CM Mamata Banerjee. Supti, CM Banerjee's BEd classmate, emerged as a surprise choice over her daughter Shrreya, who has been active in politics. The decision was made during a meeting at Nabanna.
