Minister of state for external affairs Kirti Vardhan Singh arrived in Kuwait to oversee aid for victims of a tragic apartment fire in Mangaf, which killed around 40 Indians. The Indian government, under PM Modi's direction, is coordinating with Kuwaiti authorities for the repatriation of bodies and ensuring proper medical care for the injured.
