UP barber shaves Dalit boy's head 'to teach parents a lesson' for supporting BJP and not BSP

In Budaun, a 12-year-old mentally-challenged boy's head was shaved by a barber allegedly for his family supporting BJP over BSP or SP in the polls. The barber, charged under the SC/ST Act, claimed the act was done on the mother's request. An FIR was filed, and the police are investigating the incident.
