Homeopath pays Rs 16L for MBBS seat, gets 'degree' in a month

A homeopath in Mehsana, Gujarat paid Rs 16.32 lakh to Dr. Prem Kumar Rajput for an MBBS degree from a university in Uttar Pradesh. The forged degree, issued by Bundelkhand University in Jhansi and endorsed by the Medical Council of India (MCI), led to an FIR five years later.
