Curfew, internet ban in Odisha town day after communal clash

Authorities in Balasore, Odisha enforced a full curfew and shut down internet services following clashes between two communities on Bakrid. 10 people, including police officers, were injured. Police detained 34 individuals. Entry and exit points in the town are sealed, and social media platforms are banned for 48 hours. Police deployed 40 platoons to maintain control.
