The Union cabinet has approved a national forensic infrastructure upgrade scheme ahead of the implementation of new criminal laws - Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam.
