India's foreign secretary highlighted Bangladesh's role in India's SAGAR doctrine and Indo-Pacific vision during PM Sheikh Hasina's State visit. Renewal of MoU on maritime cooperation and blue economy aims to develop ocean-based blue economy and maritime cooperation. India and Bangladesh signed several MoUs including opening an e-medical visa for Bangladeshis and opening new commute services like bus and train. Sheikh Hasina is on a two-day visit to India.
