2 kids among 5 of family killed in road accident

Five family members, including Vikas, Summari, Janta, Diwana, and Laxmi from Chaukikhurd, Meerganj, died in a tragic accident near Soro petrol pump, Rastipur village in Jaunpur after attending a wedding in Handia. Janta was the mother of Diwana and Laxmi. DCP Abhishek Bharti confirmed the incident to TOI. The dumper driver, Ramesh Saroj, has been arrested.
