A 38-year-old man from Udaipur was arrested by the Central Region cyber police station at Worli for his involvement in online share trading fraud cases totaling Rs 1.17 crore. The fraud scheme involved luring victims through Facebook ads to WhatsApp groups and fake trading apps, resulting in significant financial losses. The investigation is being conducted by a dedicated team led by DCP Datta Nalawade and senior inspector Mousami Patil.
