Hathras stampede: Judicial panel to issue public notice asking locals to join probe

The commission will also release a public notice in the near future, inviting local residents and witnesses of the tragic event to provide any evidence related to the stampede, along with their statements, as stated by retired Allahabad High Court judge Brijesh Kumar Shrivastava, who is also the chairperson of the panel.
