In Worli at 5:30am, a BMW allegedly driven by Mihir Shah hit a scooter, killing Kaveri Nakhwa. Husband Pradip injured. Mihir fled after an outing from Borivali to Crawford Market, leaving chauffeur and Rajesh Shah. Car found in Kala Nagar. Lookout notice issued. Aaditya Thackeray and Chief Minister demand action. Police investigate under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
