Karnataka man ties dog to scooter, drags it for 6km
Saturday, 20 July 2024 () A man in Shirva is accused of dragging a dog over 6 km behind his scooter, leading to charges under animal cruelty laws. The incident was reported by a member of Prani Daya Sangha and the accused has been identified as Abdul Khader.
