Seventeen more contacts of the Nipah virus victim tested negative. Contacts total 460, with 220 high-risk. Veena George advised 21-day isolation and warned of legal actions. Nineteen admitted: 17 at Manjeri, 2 at Thiruvananthapuram. NIV mobile lab operating in Kozhikode. Preventive measures addressed 18,055 houses in Pandikkad and Anakkayam; 728 fever cases in Pandikkad, 286 in Anakkayam.
