'Sitting here for last 2 days ... ' Protesting UPSC aspirants rue apathy after Delhi coaching centre deaths

Three UPSC aspirants died after the basement of Rau's IAS Study Circle in Delhi flooded due to heavy rain. Students protested safety violations and negligence by the Delhi government. The Civic body staff had not addressed their demands. Police arrested the coaching center's owner and coordinator, and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi sealed 13 coaching centers for flouting norms.
