15 years on, wife wins back flat man ‘willed’ to mistress in Mumbai

A civil court ruled in favor of a 74-year-old woman whose husband unlawfully transferred her Borivali flat to his mistress. The woman, who worked in Dubai, was the rightful owner of the flat bought in 1986. The court declared the transfer void and ordered the flat be returned to her possession.
