Delhi coaching centre deaths: 'SUV driver refused to slow down despite multiple pleas'

Delhi Police apprehended five more individuals related to the deaths at Rau’s IAS Study Circle's submerged basement. This brings the total arrests to seven. The MHA formed a committee to investigate the incident, and the fire department plans to revoke the building's NOC. The arrested driver reportedly drove an SUV at high speed, causing the basement flooding.
