Aurobindo Pharma's non-executive director Sarath Reddy was identified as a key accused by the CBI in the alleged Delhi liquor scam, as detailed in their chargesheet. Reddy, who turned approver in the ED's investigation, was implicated in the cartelization of licenses and kickbacks. His company procured over Rs 50 crore in electoral bonds, with significant portions going to BJP, BRS, and TDP. Reddy allegedly paid AAP Rs 25 crore for control over retail zones. Funds were supposedly used by AAP for the Goa election campaign, implicating several individuals, including CM Arvind Kejriwal and MLA Durgesh Pathak.
