Tamil Nadu: Girl’s testimony gets clean chit for neighbour in false rape case

A 40-year-old man was acquitted by a Chengalpet mahila court after a schoolgirl revealed that her sexual assault allegations were false and made under her father's influence to settle a personal score. Medical tests confirmed no rape occurred, and the girl testified that her father forced her to sign the complaint.
