A tragic accident occurred in Pune's Ganeshnagar colony where a three-and-a-half-year-old girl, Girija, was killed after a sliding iron gate fell on her. The incident happened while Girija was playing with other children. Despite being rushed to the hospital by her father, she was declared dead upon arrival.
