Rainfall warning issued for North Kerala till tomorrow, IMD issues yellow alerts for 4 districts

Heavy rainfall warnings remained in effect for Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur, and Kasaragod until Sunday, as per the IMD. Strong winds were also expected. The rainfall resulted from a low-pressure area over Gangetic West Bengal and offshore trough along the Gujarat-Kerala coast. Fishermen were advised to avoid affected areas due to hazardous conditions.
