In Lucknow, a young man and his UPSC aspirant friend were harassed by a mob who splashed rainwater on them and touched the woman when she fell from the bike. Despite the man's pleas, the mob ignored him. Both are in shock and have withdrawn from their routines. The incident occurred in the Gomtinagar area.
