Senior Delhi govt officer behind wheel, car drags bike for 2km, both gutted

A bike was dragged for 2km by a car, leading to both catching fire in central Delhi. The driver, a senior Delhi govt official, fled the scene but was later found and detained. The bike owner escaped with minor injuries. A case of rash and negligent driving has been registered.
