In recent months, Jammu and Kashmir have experienced a concerning surge in terror attacks. The Jammu and Kashmir Police report that approximately 70-80 foreign terrorists are currently active in the Union Territory, primarily in the higher reaches of North Kashmir and the Jammu region.
