'Totally unconstitutional': Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah after guv sanctions prosecution in Muda 'scam'

Karnataka Governor Thaawar Chand Gehlot granted sanction for the prosecution of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah over the alleged Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) land allotment scam. Following petitions by activists, this decision prompted demands for Siddaramaiah’s resignation from the opposition. The CM, however, declared the move unconstitutional and vowed to fight it legally.
