UP court orders arrest of AAP MP Sanjay Singh in 2001 road blockade case

A Sultanpur court ordered the arrest of AAP MP Sanjay Singh, SP spokesperson Anoop Sanda, and others for not appearing in a two-decade-old case. The non-bailable warrants, issued on August 13, were upheld. A bail petition was filed and will be heard by the Allahabad High Court on August 22.
