Stalking minor girl & expressing love is sexual harassment under Pocso Act, rules Bombay high court

The Bombay High Court in Nagpur upheld the conviction of a 28-year-old man from Amravati for sexually harassing a 13-year-old girl. The court confirmed that the man's persistent pursuit of the minor constituted harassment under the Pocso Act. The accused was sentenced to one-year rigorous imprisonment despite his claims of false implication.
