Govt school principal held for ‘bad touch’ in Meerut

A 39-year-old principal of a government primary school in Meerut was arrested for allegedly inappropriately touching an 11-year-old student. The incident was reported by the girl’s mother. The principal has been charged under multiple sections of BNS and the POCSO Act. This follows other controversies involving government teachers in the region.
