Man kills wife, hangs self over her ‘extramarital affair’ in Assam

In Bongaigaon district, a man allegedly took his own life after slitting his wife's throat, suspecting her of infidelity. The couple, identified as Pabitra and Rupa Mandal, had a troubled relationship, with frequent quarrels reported by locals. Their 10-year-old son is now in the care of his grandmother.
