Case against UP doctor as girl says he molested her after surgery

A surgeon working in a Muzaffarnagar nursing home has been charged under BNS and Pocso Act following allegations of molestation by a 14-year-old gallbladder surgery patient. The girl's mother reported that the surgeon asked the family to leave the room and then inappropriately touched her daughter under the guise of checking stitches.
