'All is not well': Delhi HC says health dept at war with itself

Expressing concern over Delhi's health department, the High Court noted that four doctors from a committee refused to take responsibility for hospital improvements. The AIIMS director was tasked with implementing the recommendations, and the court ordered the establishment of approximately 38,000 new medical posts in planned hospitals.
