2 vendors bagged tenders illegally, RG Kar principal Sandip Ghosh took 20% cut: CBI

Biplab Singha and Suman Hazra were arrested with Sandip Ghosh, former principal of RG Kar Medical College, for financial misconduct. Ghosh allegedly took a 20% commission on tenders and manipulated the process to benefit Singha's company. The CBI is investigating how unrelated contracts were awarded to Maa Tara Traders.
