Delhi High Court upheld Tihar Jail authorities' decision to deny AAP's Rajya Sabha member Sandeep Pathak visitation rights to meet Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The court ruled that Pathak's statements after meeting Kejriwal were political and violated prison rules. Pathak can reapply for visitation, which will be considered by the jail superintendent.
