Maharashtra assembly elections will be held in November, hints CM Eknath Shinde

Maharashtra chief minister Eknath Shinde indicated that assembly elections might occur in November. The Election Commission is expected to announce the dates post-October 4, following J&K and Haryana results. Maharashtra now has 9.53 crore voters, with a recent increase of 16.9 lakh, including a notable number of young first-time voters.
