Woman aspirant dies, excise recruitment test toll in Jharkhand rises to 13

Aarti Kerketta, a woman aspirant for excise department constable in Jharkhand, died after a running test, increasing the death toll to 13. Another candidate's death is unconfirmed. Following public outcry, CM Hemant Soren paused the tests until September 10. BJP leaders demand compensation and accountability from the government.
