CBI seizes Rs 2.39cr in cash from premises of DPCC engineer accused of bribery

The CBI has confiscated Rs 2.39 crore from the residence of a senior environmental engineer at the Delhi Pollution Control Committee. The engineer, Mohammed Arif, was apprehended while accepting a bribe of Rs 91,000. Arif and his associates are alleged to have taken bribes for favoring private companies in renewing DPCC consents.
