IPS officer Saurabh Tripathi, relative move Bombay HC to quash extortion case FIR

IPS officer Saurabh Tripathi and his brother-in-law Ashutosh Mishra have moved the Bombay High Court seeking to quash an FIR in an extortion case. The court adjourned the hearing after the prosecutor sought time for instructions. Tripathi was added as an accused based on conjectures, while Mishra claimed he was not present at the alleged location.
