Delhi HC upholds order to ground three SpiceJet engines over payment default

The Delhi high court upheld a prior ruling directing SpiceJet Airlines to ground three aircraft engines over payment defaults to French lessors. Rejecting SpiceJet's appeal, the court mandated returning the engines and facilitating inspections at Delhi Airport. This follows claims from lessors about substantial unpaid dues by the airline.
