Bihar labourer rapes four-year-old European girl in Goa

A 29-year-old construction worker in Goa has been arrested for allegedly raping a four-year-old European child near his residence. The child's family has lived in India since 2016 and recently moved to Goa. The accused is charged under POCSO and the Goa Children's Act, with ongoing investigations by the police.
