Video: Waiter dragged for 1 km over unpaid bill at Maharashtra restaurant

The incident took place on the Mehkar-Pandharpur Palkhi Highway and was recorded on video. Authorities are currently investigating the case and making efforts to identify those involved in this unsettling event.
