70+ citizens with private cover can also avail PMJAY: Centre

The Union Cabinet has expanded the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) to cover all senior citizens aged 70 and above. Eligible seniors will get a health cover of up to Rs 5 lakh per year. This move aims to provide accessible and affordable healthcare for elderly citizens across India.
