Unlikely a 'prudent girl' will go to hotel room with stranger: Bombay high court acquits man accused of raping minor

The Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court acquitted a Jalgaon man accused of raping a minor, questioning the credibility of the survivor's testimony. The court found it improbable for a prudent girl to go to a hotel room with an unknown person on their first meeting, setting aside his conviction.
