Maharashtra government changes Eid-e-Milad holiday to September 18, financial settlement dates revised

The Maharashtra government has shifted the Eid-e-Milad public holiday to September 18, 2024, affecting financial market transactions. The earlier holiday on September 16 is canceled. Transactions set for September 18 will now settle on September 19. The decision aims to avoid conflicts with Ganpati immersion ceremonies.
