Ban meat & liquor consumption in holy towns along Narmada river: MP CM Mohan Yadav

Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav has asked officials to ensure no meat or liquor is consumed in religious towns along the Narmada river. He emphasized environmental protection and proposed a 'parikrama path' for devotees. Amarkantak, where the Narmada originates, will be given top priority. ​​He also declared that all machine-based mining operations should be prohibited in the area.
