Tripura police accused of not arresting criminals for lynching

Tripura police are investigating the lynching of Gautam Das, allegedly by BJP Yuva Morcha leaders. Despite a direct complaint from his father, no arrests were made initially. Opposition parties criticized the police's inaction. Following intervention by the Chief Minister, four suspects were eventually arrested and jailed.
