The parents of a deceased 31-year-old doctor from R G Kar Medical College welcomed Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's visit to the junior doctors' protest in Salt Lake, hoping it would resolve their daughter's rape and murder case. The CM assured the protesting doctors that she would review and address their demands promptly.
