Kiren Rijiju: Zakir Naik spreading false propaganda on new waqf bill

Minority affairs minister Kiren Rijiju has criticized Islamic preacher Zakir Naik for his statements on the Waqf (Amendment) Bill 2024. Rijiju accused Naik of disseminating false information and inciting communal discord. Naik warned that the bill could lead to the seizure of many Muslim properties, including mosques and madrasas.
