100 days of 'unstable govt': Congress attacks Modi 3.0 over 'mass unemployment'

IndiaTimes Tuesday, 17 September 2024 ()
Congress criticised the National Democratic Alliance for its handling of unemployment as the Modi government marked 100 days in office. They pointed out that only 21% of India's labour force had salaried jobs, lower than pre-Covid levels. Economic policies like demonetisation, GST implementation, and an unplanned Covid-19 lockdown were blamed for this issue.
