Arvind Kejriwal resigns as chief minister of Delhi, Atishi stakes claim to form govt

Arvind Kejriwal resigned from his position as Delhi's chief minister on Tuesday, handing over his resignation to Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena.
